Warranty Policy

At Quad Store, we want our customers to shop with confidence. All eligible watches purchased from our store come with a 1-Year Warranty from the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Warranty Coverage

The 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues that occur during normal use of the product.

Depending on the nature of the issue, Quad Store may provide repair, replacement of the defective part, or another suitable resolution after inspection and approval of the warranty claim.

What Is Covered

The warranty may cover issues such as:

Manufacturing defects
Internal mechanism-related problems
Functional defects occurring under normal usage
Issues with watch functions that are not caused by physical damage or misuse

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

Physical damage, scratches, dents, broken glass, or damaged straps
Damage caused by accidental drops or impacts
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
Normal wear and tear
Battery replacement due to regular battery consumption
Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or opening of the watch
Cosmetic changes such as fading, discoloration, or minor scratches caused by regular use
Damage to packaging, accessories, or external components unless received damaged

Inspection & Approval

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification. If the issue is found to be covered under the warranty, we will provide an appropriate resolution according to the condition of the product and availability of parts or replacement units.

If the issue is found to be caused by accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, or any condition excluded from this policy, the warranty claim may be declined.

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery of the product.

The warranty does not restart or extend after a repair or replacement unless specifically communicated by Quad Store.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

Customers may be required to send the product to the designated service or inspection location. Shipping instructions, if applicable, will be provided by our customer support team after the warranty request is reviewed.
